4.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not you authorised it, unless you have notified rempit88 of a security breach in advance of such activity. rempit88 will not reverse bets placed through your Account by any party using your credentials.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. rempit88 may apply administrative fees to dormant accounts and reserves the right to close dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice to the registered email or mobile number.
5.1 Currency. All Wallet transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). rempit88 does not impose currency conversion fees for MYR transactions.

6.4 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault affecting the outcome or settlement of any bet or game, rempit88 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant Wallets. rempit88 is not liable for losses attributable to technical issues outside its reasonable control.
6.5 Live Betting. In-play bets are accepted at rempit88's sole discretion. rempit88 may suspend live betting markets at any time. Bets placed after an event outcome has been determined are void, and any winnings from such bets will not be paid.

11.2 rempit88 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties except as required to process transactions, comply with legal obligations, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.
